Our Return Policy
*We DO NOT ALLOW worn or opened hair extensions to be returned or exchanged.*
Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your WedLocks purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return unused portion and we will gladly issue a refund/exchange. For return orders please note that shipping charges + 20% handling fee will be non-refundable.
Extension Returns:
Extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW worn or opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
All extension packaging has a safety seal that if broken, tapered, or opened in any kind of way, the product will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number at info@wedlocksbridalhair.com in order to obtain your order information.
- We will then email you a return shipping label that needs to be printed and taped to the package.

- We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges + 20% handling fee.
- We may only process returns/refunds on products purchased at ShopWedLocks.com. If you purchased your WedLocks at another retailer, please visit their website/store for their return policy.
We DO NOT ALLOW worn or opened hair extensions to be returned or exchanged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Policy
This is determined by the shipping method that is used for the shipment. USA shipments. These shipments are generally delivered within 3-6 business days. Shipping Fees are determined by weight and size of each order. NOTE: We are experiencing 2-3 days added delays due to Covid-19.
